As you probably know by now, we love our roots,
our traditions, our villages. We also like to explore
new tastes, new combinations. This is how Semsom
is spreading the Lebanese way of life! The way we see it.

With Semsomiyat, we already visited Hammana, Jezzine,
Batroun, Aley, Douma and Rashaya. Plenty of stories, plenty
of new recipes, lots of sharing.

Our menu is the result of the work of many people.
Ideas are coming from our customers, the different villages
that we visited, our friends, and last but not least our amazing
team of chefs that are trying to serve you a piece of our Lebanon
with every dish.

We sincerely hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and we are
open for any suggestion or comment.
